Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Cooling off period
Customers have a legal right to cancel their order within 7 days of receiving their goods. Returns by post (refund only): Customers that wish to return an online purchase for a refund should post the item(s) and the dispatch note back to us within 7 days of purchase. We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage for customer’s own records. Customer is responsible for the cost of sending back the goods. The item(s) must be in saleable condition and in the original packaging with swing tags attached.

Customers that are not entirely satisfied with their order can receive an exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase.

Personalised printed items (for privacy purposes because the item can not be re-sold. It may contain your personal stuff like photos with you or your relatives. When you used garment creator You decided how the garment should be looking. We will do our best to print on the garment in high quality resolution, how ever you are responsible for picture quality (it’s not our fault if picture is in low quality).
This does not apply in respect of faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected.
