OUR PROCESS
If you are interested in our embroidery services, there are a few things to note:
There is no minimum order.
There is a one-off charge of €35.00 to digitise your logo (Free for orders over 50 items) Once your artwork is digitised; we will keep it on file so that you won’t be charged again for repeat orders!
When requesting embroidery from us, we would prefer that your artwork be sent in a vector file format but incase if you can’t get it no worries. Then we will need the original art or picture at high resolution of it.
Once you have liaised with your printing advisor and you are happy with the quote provided, we will send you a proof of your artwork that has been worked on by our qualified designers, in the form of a PDF for you to approve. This is the chance for you to work with our in house design team to ensure that the final logo is exactly as you want. Once approved, our lead time is approximately seven working days.
Please note- we will not be held responsible for any errors made after the garments have been decorated. This includes colour matches and spelling mistakes. You can create as many changes as you like to your proof until you are 100% happy but it is your responsibility to make sure the design is correct.

As all of our work is carried out in house, it is no problem to have our teams work in tandem to create dynamic designs for you.
